Over his 35-year injection molding career, Troy Carswell has held multiple executive and leadership positions, as well as title of Master Molder.  He currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Triad Group.

Troy has led significant projects including: Design and Development of the Urban Assault Rifle “TAVOR” for the Government of Israel; Automation and Risk Management Mitigation and Exaction Post COVID at Triad. He has spoken at the Governor of Mississippi Small Business Development Symposium, and is an active member of his community.  Driven by a healthy need for competition, he sums up his drive for success as the following: “All of life is a game you either have the drive to be a champion or you’re sitting on the bench.”

David “Sully” Sullivan has built his 40-year career in construction, He has served Sr Management positions to developers, residential builders, building supply companies and one commercial envelope renovator.  His expertise involves operations efficiency including equipment specification, millwork shop layout, personnel assessment, and production metrics.

Sully currently serves as the Senior Manager at Tibbetts, where he has demonstrated success by increasing productivity by 40%, at 40% the cost. He is driving cultural change at Tibbetts and values the power of his team: “The Millwork Business is not rocket-science even though the equipment has become more technically integrated. Understanding your personnel and making them believe and execute a good operational plan can make all the difference.”

Wood Wall Panel Round Table

Wheeler Manis is the current Operations Vice President at Wheelers.  Though his career first started in IT, he has spent the past 13 years building his expertise in Plant Management, focusing on Roof and Floor Trusses and Wall Panels.  Wheeler has built out Roof, Floor and Wall plants, and led significant initiatives including migrating to Mitek, and starting a turnkey framing company. His Father started manufacturing roof trusses and wall panels in the 90s, and they’ve grown their business together.  Wheeler is very passionate about educating framers and builders on the benefits of panelization and maintaining deep, consultive relationships.

 

Scott Morris is the current Operations Director at Wheelers.  Although somewhat new to the Truss industry, Scott boasts 20+ years’ experience in project and organizational management and excels in directing teams and organizations.  His focus involves forward-looking facility and operation preparedness, and continuous improvement across teams.  He has led significant projects including implementation of fleet management systems, responsibility for companywide metrics and KPI, and entire facility relocations. He is driven to solve problems and sharing those solutions to help others.

She started her 40-year career first at Eaton Financial, then ran the finance department at Holz-Her US Inc. Jane then started her own enterprise, Equipment Finance Services, in 2012.  Her experience gives her an edge to work outside the standard credit box, and help customers get the approvals they need. She has spoken widely about the benefits of financing, which lets the machinery work for you first. She is passionate about helping people and providing solutions that allow businesses to grow.
