Triad’s Floor Deck-Cassette System can handle I-joists, LVL, open web floor truss configurations, or dimensional lumber, giving your “room-to-grow” and multiple material options. With a 4000 lb capacity Material Handling Deck that moves the length of the table, your output can soar.
With clamping joist locators and rim fastening/framing, floor cassette widths from 6’ 9″ to 18’ are possible. Floor cassette maximum lengths from 16’ to 60’ are available.
Floor deck fastening system accommodates staggered decking. Your choice of nail or screw floor deck fastening.

Floor Deck-Cassette System at a Glance
Floor cassettes come in many forms, and this system is built to take most of them: I-joists, LVL, open web floor trusses or plain dimensional lumber can all be framed on the same table, so a shop is not locked into one material as its work changes. The 4000 lb capacity Material Handling Deck travels the full length of the table, carrying material to where the crew is working instead of making the crew walk to the material. Clamping joist locators and rim fastening/framing hold the layout square, supporting cassette widths from 6′ 9″ to 18′ and maximum lengths from 16′ up to 60′. When it is time to sheathe, the deck fastening system handles staggered decking, and you can choose nail or screw fastening to match your floor specification.
